About Fanny Tulloch
Fanny started strength training when she first begun wrestling at 9 years old. Later in life, a university degree in Exercise physiology was received and off she went on a journey discovering the world whilst acquiring more knowledge of the physical body through taking courses and meeting up with other trainers. In recent times, she has become an apprentice under the Physical Alchemy method for further research of her own physical, emotional and mental body, a quest in motion.
A particular area Fanny is interested in improving is the ability to watch and see structural alignments in a person and via a further assessment and consult establish what the students current level of physical capacities are. From there the process is to experiment with what the body responds well to and program for gradual progression to take place. It is a journey that is rewarding for the patient person.
- http://thinkmovement.net/fanny-tulloch/ – Think Movement is a place for information exchange where people share things they’ve learnt in the physical realm. Thanks to Christine Ruffolo for inviting me to share.
- https://physicalalchemy.com.au/people/ – Physical Alchemy is an Art of Re-enchantment that combines Re-patterning, Physical cultivation and Alchemical methods. I’ve been an apprentice under this method since 2017. Thanks to Dave, Craig and the PA guys for the continuing support and guidance.
She has tailored a stretch and release program that keeps me in one piece and enables me to continue exercising without pain.
Fanny is dedicated and always thinking of ways to improve the experience so I can get the maximum benefit out of our sessions.
I highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with general muscle or back issues.

Fanny is always easy to contact and she never stops learning and improving her own skill set. I recently moved overseas and despite only sharing emails and videos I’m still able to feel confident that I’m getting the best training for my needs.
One of my favorite things about training with Fanny is that she really makes the training achievable, challenging, and usually really fun. Isabelle Cseti-Wall
Thank you so much for being a fantastic trainer over the past year. I have enjoyed the programs that have worked on the often overlooked + smaller stabilising muscles. It has complimented my other training well. You have been efficient and professional in all our communications which I appreciate and I wish you all the best as you create your new space, new focus and wonderful life.Megan Ross
